CLARKSBURG, W. Va., April 26.– Mrs. Anna Davis, of this city, widow of John J. Davis, a prominent West Virginia lawyer, and mother of John W. Davis, solicitor general of the Untied States, died last night in a hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, after a brief illness, aged 75 years. Her body is enroute home tonight, where the funeral and burial will take place.
