HON. CALEB BOGGESS DEAD.

The Well Known Attorney Dies Suddenly of Congestion of the Lungs.

CLARKSBURG, W. VA., April 15.– Hon. Caleb Boggess, chief counsel of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, died suddenly of congestion of the lungs at a late hour last night at his residence here.
Mr. Boggess has been for twenty years the chief counsel in this State for the Balitmore & Ohio Railroad and a stockholder in the Parkersburg branch.
He was highly respected and regarded as an able lawyer.
The death of his wife occurred about two months ago which makes it doubly sad for an only daughter left.
The funeral will take place to-morrow morning at 11 o’clock.
