The husband and mother of the late Mrs. Clara Rule, wish to extend to friends and neighbors their heartfelt thanks for their kindness and aid during her long illness, and especially to those who in her last days of greatest suffering, watched and administered so faithfully to her wants and comfort by day and by night; also to Revs. McDaniel and Holden, whose untiring efforts helped her to greet the angel of death with a smile and without a fear.

Death of Mrs. Rule

Mrs. Clara L. Rule, wife of A. B. Rule, died at 8 o’clock Saturday night, April 14, 1900, at her late residence at Broad Oaks, of consumption.
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock at the residence and interment was made in the I. O. O. F. Cemetery.
She was 31 years of age. Her husband and two small sons survive her.
She was a daughter of Newton Skaggs, whose death occurred last week.
