Is Body of Clenton B. Smith, Who Died of Tuberculosis Sunday At His Home on Sycamore Street.

The funeral of Clenton B. Smith, of Sycamore Street, took place Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock.
Services were held at his late home led by the Rev. D. L. Reid, of the Southern Methodist Church, and the Rev. Dr. S. K. Arbuthnot, of Goff Methodist Church, and the burial followed in the I. O. O. F. Cemetery.
Mr. Smith died Sunday morning at 9 o’clock after a lingering illness with tuberculosis.
He was 42 years of age and is survived by his wife and three children.
For some time he was engaged in the meat and grocery business in the West End until his declining health forced him to give it up.
A large number of friends are made sad by his untimely death.
