Clarksburg, W. Va., January 30.—
After a long illness Miss Grace Lee, daughter of the late Judge George H. Lee, died to-day at the residence of her sister, Mrs. J. J. Duncan, in this city.

She leaves many friends who condole with her family in so sad a bereavement.

Clarksburg, W. Va., February 8—

The will of Miss Grace D. Lee, made October 9, 1895, has been admitted to probate, and provides among other things, that her stock in the Merchant’s National Bank at Parkersburg be sold; that Anna H. Davis be paid $100; D. C. Lee $100, and the residue thereof is given to her sisters, Mrs. Horenstein Beeman and Mrs. Maud Duncan. She gives her farm on New Creek, in this county, to Ernest Allen Duncan, and a house and lot on Sixth street, in this city to Grace Lee Duncan. She directs that her other real estate be sold and the proceeds divided between Beatrice Beeman, Columbia Bland Duncan and Grace Lee Duncan.

In a memorandum she also disposes of her furniture, books and silver.

She appointed Samuel R. Harrison and Thomas Haymond executors, without bond, and co-trustees of infant legatees.
