Henry Waldeck, aged 86 years died Saturday, Oct. 14, at 10 p. m. of apoplexy.

Surviving him are two sons, E. W. P. Waldeck and B. B. Waldeck.

The funeral took place from the residence of E. W. P. Waldeck, on Chestnut Street, on Monday, Oct. 16. Interment was made at the I. O. O. F. Cemetery.

Henry Waldeck was born in Lewis County, and was of German descent.

He came to Clarksburg at the age of 16, and learned the cabinet makers trade in the shop of John Hursey.

He married a daughter of George Pritchard and started in the cabinet business at West Milford. Mr. Waldeck was a member of the M. E. Church.

The vast number of friends and acquaintances that he made during his long life in this community will be sorry to hear of his death, and all extend their sympathy to the bereaved relatives.

B. B. Waldeck has qualified as administrator of the estate of Henry Waldeck, deceased, with bond at $3,000.
